スタッフの対応もアメニティも充実しており、非常によいホテルでした。 空港送迎には荷物ピックアップだけでも料金が発生します。空港からのタクシー利用は、乗車拒否や料金不確定（メーターを使用せず、ドライバーによってまちまち）ですので、送迎バス利用をおすすめします。 |

The room was nice, beautiful and also well equipped. Parking your car in front of the hotel cost 15 Euros extra! That's a ripoff. |

$350.+ for one night?! Please. Friday, day of leaving, no hot water, shower didn't work, and hair dryer was broken. Not a good value - to say the least. In America that type of room would have gone for approximately $100. Way too much for the low value. |

Comforatble, nice large room, non-smoking There was a huge wait for checking in ( a large coach-load of guest arrived just before and the desk was ovwhelmed). Also given the distance from Schipol, I thought that charging for the shuttle was a bit of a cheek. |

It is 5 min by car from the Sciphol aiport so it iseasyto reach by taxi. makes is very convinient if you are traveling very early or late from/to the airport |
