Location is brilliant. Price = quality. Not really. Howeverr the minibar system is a bit unfare :o) You get immediately (automatically) charged for taking an item out. Even if you put it back, you'll still need to pay. |

Size of room Requested room on the canal, but were given a room facing the square. No bathrobes were provided. Heat in room was turned up very high when we arrived. |

Location was perfect! Tram was right outside door as well as canal tours. Restaurants, shops, bars just steps away. Size and comfort of room were great, very quiet. Staff were very helpful and cordial. Parking was expensive! |

The hotel is in a very convenient location as I have a small child and it was a great place to walk around from as Leidseplein is on your doorstep as is rembradtplein where all the action is. My only real criticisim is that the breakfast is very over priced and when we checked in the automactically authorised a 90 euro per night charge to my credit card for two rooms.So when i checked out and returned home a charge of 540 was still showing on my card for several days. Was not told about this at checkin. |

Great concierge service. Were able to check in early ask to be given feather pillows - they do have them - as the ones in the room are like sleeping on bricks! |
