Great hotel for the price we paid, very posh. Helpful staff, 24-hour reception. They provided tea/coffee in the (massive) room, a TV, air conditioning/heating, a stereo, free pen, comb, shampoo, shoe-horn... The TV didn't work properly (really bad picture) so no "adult" pay-per-view for us! Didn't complain though because we weren't planning on watching the TV anyway. The breakfast wasn't fantastic and the woman in charge of the breakfast room was a bit brusque, though we did get there only 15 minutes before it closed! Those are small details however - overall it was very good. |

Yes unfortunately, the room was dated and worn, with peeling paint in the bathroom. The staff were not very knowledgeable about parking,bar, facilities. No room service.. Reception not very helpful with requests, so i sorted them myself. No parking therfore costing an extra £45 on top. For the price of the hotel it was a very poor standard . With no facilities to really offer. |
