very good hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, and very well located near underground station breakfast was good but could be better and breakfast room could be bigger, however everybody were very friendly, |

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is great. The style of hotel and rooms is really nice. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast good with good service. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast room a bit small and sometimes a queue at peak times, but not a big problem. |

Very attractively renovated. Very conveniently situated for shopping and main attactions. As quiet as can reasonably be expected in central London. Room was quite small but beautifully decorated and comfortable. Air con a bit noisy but main issue was the incomprehensible shower settings. Torrent of powerful water which was just tepid as we couldn't see how to make it hot. Sorted it by sheer accident just as we were about to leave. |

We were upgraded for free to an absolutely lovely room! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was very nice, with a very comfortable little dining room. A really very lovely hotel! |

Staff, location, cleanliness. Shower water only lukewarm. Had to wait over 20 mins for a table at breakfast also no plates or cutlery. |
